Not another headache!
We all get them, but there’s still nothing worse than a headache striking. We take a look at childhood and adult headaches and migraines.

As you look at your new baby or toddler, it’s hard to think that they might be suffering from a mild form of headache, but some of our adult headaches have their roots in childhood, and a few children inherit a tendency to have headaches or migraines which start at puberty or earlier.
Headaches and migraines are understood now to be part of a continuum – that is, the mechanism for both is the same, they just manifest differently. They happen on a particular day because of a challenge to the body in those that are prone to them – possibly stress, diet, lack of water, poor posture, hormonal changes, poor sleep, etc…….. click on the link here to read the full article
